RITS Software provides web development, ecommerce solutions, SEO services, and custom software development. The scope of work will be clearly defined before the start of each project.
All services are billed based on agreed pricing. Payments may be required in advance or in milestones. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.
We offer revisions based on the agreed project scope. Additional changes outside the scope may be subject to extra charges. Delivery timelines depend on project complexity and client responsiveness.
All payments made to RITS Software are non-refundable once the project work has been started. This is because resources, time, and effort are allocated immediately after project initiation.
Clients are requested to review requirements carefully before confirming the project.
For ease of management, domains and related services may initially be registered using RITS Software’s accounts or email.
Upon client request, ownership can be transferred to the client at any time. Any applicable transfer charges, renewal fees, or third-party costs must be borne by the client.
Upon full payment, the final deliverables will be transferred to the client. RITS Software reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Either party may terminate the project with prior notice. Any work completed up to that point must be compensated accordingly.
RITS Software is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
